There are students who have completed General Certificate of Examination Ordinary Level and General Certificate of Examination Advanced Level, without future planning to obtain employments in keeping with their educational qualifications. They are belonged to families affected due to war and poverty. PSF has action plan to conduct vocational trainings for them with the objective of helping them to obtain self employment opportunities.
