Premier Partnerships
01. Learning materials for 500 poor students have provided by Pupil Salvation Forum through support granted by Mr. Kushil Gunasekara, the founder of Foundation of Goodness Organization and the Trustee Muttiah Muralidaran , the great cricketer . These students were identified to be those who were school drop outs due to poverty and talented. They gained full benefits as a result. Our organization Pupil Salvation Forum, has been maintaining a better relationship with Foundation of Goodness organization in supporting poor students in their needs.
We take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to Mr. Kushil Gunasekara, the founder of Foundation of Goodness Organization and the Trustee Muthaiah Muralitharan, the great cricketer .
There were three students belonged to poorest of the poor families and they were found to be achieved best performance at school. But they walked the distance to reach schools without the facility of push bicycles due to poverty. Having identified their needs, they have been provided with push bicycles by the best cricket athlete Farveez Mahuruf of the Foundation of Goodness through Pupil Salvation Forum.In this respect, we are grateful to Mr. Kushil Gunasekara, the founder of FofG Organization and the donor Farveez Mahuruf, the best cricket athlete thereof.
02. 300 poor students poor and affected by war, have been provided with learning materials through The Salvation Army ,our organization.Besides, support has been provided for members of Tamil, Muslim and Sinhala communities in pursuance of our community development activities with the main objective of building peace through our organization. We on behalf of our organization Pupil Salvation Forum to express our heartfelt thanks in this respect.
Unique Partnerships
01. Uthayam Swiss in collaboration with PSF supported 100 students who have been selected according to the performance at examination. Bank accounts have been opened for them and a sum of Rs. 5000/- has been deposited in their accounts for each student. This support has been provided to fulfill their educational needs in future. We take this opportunity to express our heart-felt thanks on behalf of these poor students beneficiaries.
02. Our organization PSF, identified children belonged to poorest of the poor families, having been infected with ‘Thalasima ‘ disease and they were unable to get proper medical treatment due to poverty. Uthayam Swiss in collaboration with PSF helped providing support for the victims to get rid of this disease. We are grateful to Uthayam Swiss for the suort.
03. Our organization PSF,has identified poor students who lost parents and students belonged to very poor families and implementing an Action Plan, introducing a monthly Scholarship for them. It is being undertaken by our organization in collaboration with Uthayam Swiss. We must thank Uthayam Swiss for the assistance.
04. Certain number of Women Headed families have been identified in Ampara district and a sum of Rs. 50,000/- has been provided for such families for them to engage in self employment activities in order generate income. We express our sincere thanks for Uthayam Swiss which helped in this program.
05. There are considerable number of school dropouts in schools situated from Akkaraiattu to Pothuvil in Ampara district. Our organization identified 300 students of school drop-outs and provided with learning materials to enable them to continue studies. We have implemented this program in collaboration with Uthayam Swiss. We express our heartfelt thanks to Uthayam Swiss for the support provided.
