Photo shows the extra classes being conducted for the students of Grade-05 to prepare for the Scholarship Examination to be held in August 2013.
These Extra classes are for poor and war-affected students studying in schools situated within the divisions at village level. The main objective of this education program, is to reduce the rate school drop outs ,helping such poor students to pass at the scholarship examination so that they can continue their education up to GCE(A.L) with assistance provided by the Government. 95% of parents are day to day labors and they are not in a position to educate their children due to poverty.
